The course aims to train participants and equip them with knowledge on standards, concepts and tools necessary for aviation organizations to manage internal safety occurrence reporting systems, in line with the requirements of GCAA CAR PART X, AMC 22 and international standards and best practices stipulated in ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO DOC 9859. The course will also be a great opportunity for participants to support their organization’s Safety Management System in accordance with CAR PART X in the areas of collecting evaluating and analyzing of safety data and information. Participants will also gain insight on requirements of the GCAA Occurrence Reporting platform (ROSI- Reporting of Safety Incidents) by understanding the regulatory and technical requirements of Safety Occurrence Reporting
