Ibrahim Addasi holds a BSc degree in Aeronautical Engineering and MBA in Aviation Management. He joined the Air Accident Investigation Sector in the United Arab Emirates in October 2008. He spent 10 years in the position of Chief Air Accident Investigator used to manage air accident and incident investigations as IIC. Currently he is Senior Specialist – Quality, Standards, and Publications. Previously he worked as Chief of the Airworthiness Department in the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission in Jordan. Addasi has a total experience of 28 years in aircraft airworthiness and accident investigation. He possesses intensive experience in drafting regulations, internal procedures, and publications as well as in the setup of airworthiness and investigation organizations up to the most modern international practices. He also has a good experience as an instructor in aircraft airworthiness, reliability management, and accident investigation, in addition to subjects in aviation management
